Quintessence, Collection Light, brut, White, мысхако, 2022 Понедельник — время игристого! Нет? Ну, не знаю! Лёгкий светлосоломенный цвет, обильнейший мусс в который одномоментно улетают почти все пузыри. Но, скорее всего, тут бокал мой виноват. Яркий аромат. Мандариновая корка, сочная мякоть грейпфрута, немного сладковатых тропиков. Во рту чуть проще, но ноты те же: грейпфрут и цедра мандариновая. Вино невесомое, воздушное, симпатичное, питкое. Сухо, без сахара и с небольшой, намёком, горечью в послевкусии. 3,8 P.S Приехал после велосотки и не смог устоять, увидев бутылку в холодильнике. Потому и понедельник. P.P.S С селёдкой, репчатым луком и бородинским хлебом — изумительно! P.P.P.S (а такое бывает?) И, конечно, мне всегда сильно подгаживает дегустацию острый перец в моих сезонных салатах. Но, люблю поплакать за ужином, что тут поделать. 😂🌶🥵
