1. SNILS (Get at MFC/Social Fund)
2. Gosuslugi account (Register + verify)
3. Unified biometric system registration (Biometrics: photo + voice)
4. Phone IMEI
🔹 Step-by-Step Guide:
1️⃣ Get a notarized passport translation
2️⃣ Obtain SNILS at MFC/Social Fund office
3️⃣ Register on Gosuslugi (verify via MFC/bank)
4️⃣ Complete biometric registration
5️⃣ Buy SIM at mobile carrier store

✔️ Your phone must support Russian networks
