در ادامۀ مباحث «فاشیسم»، به بررسی پرسشی مهم میپردازیم: وخیمترین و جنایتکارترین نوع فاشیسم نه با کودتا، نه با انقلاب و نه با جنگ داخلی به قدرت رسید! بلکه به مشروعترین شکل ممکن و در آزادانهترین انتخابات به شیوهای کاملاً دموکراتیک به قدرت رسید و بیدرنگ بساط جمهوری و دموکراسی را جمع کرد و حادترین نوع توتالیتاریسم نژادی را پدید آورد.
مسئله جمهوری اول آلمان است ــ موسوم به «جمهوری وایمار» ــ که از دل آن ناسیونالسوسیالیسم به عنوان نوعی توتالیتاریسم فاشیستی ظهور کرد. به همین دلیل است که جمهوری اول آلمان یکی از بهترین و مناسبترین نمونههای مطالعاتی برای «آسیبشناسی جمهوری و دموکراسی» است. چرا جمهوری وایمار کار نکرد و چرا چونان قابلهای قاتل خویش را به دنیا آورد؟

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
