А вообще меня давно веселил этот аргумент: вот парни на передовой этого не слушают, этого не читают, того не смотрят... Как правило такой аргумент приводится, чтобы придать лишнего веса говорящему. Он словно подсознательно понимает, что без "парней с передовой" утверждение будет смотреться куцо.
Нет никаких обобщенных "парней с передовой". Есть куча мужиков и парней с разными убеждениями, предпочтениями и вкусами. Это я вам как парень с передовой говорю.
