Как сообщили в региональном отделении управления ЦБ РФ по Центральному федеральному округу, в 2022 году жители Воронежской области оформили 19 тыс. ипотечных кредитов на покупку жилья на сумму 57,5 млрд рублей.
РБК Черноземье сопоставил эти данные с отчетом регулятора за 2021 год и выяснил, что за тот период в денежном выражении сумма ипотечных займов составляла свыше 68,8 млрд рублей (больше на 16,5%, чем в 2022 году). А в количественном выражении банки выдали в 2021 году более 29,3 тыс. ипотечных кредитов.
