Недавно в UNIT.City открылся третий по счету и самый большой (16 900 м²) бизнес-кампус, который заселили структуры Рината АхметоваМетинвест Digital и Академия ДТЭК. Постройка кампуса обошлась в 370 млн грн, половину из которых вложил советник мэра столицы КличкоИгорь Никонов.
