Жеваго планирует воспользоваться ст. 65 Закона «Об акционерных обществах» и обязать акционеров продать акции по требованию владельца контрольного пакета.
Группа Ferrexpo является крупнейшим производителем и экспортером окатышей среди постсоветских стран, поставляя продукцию в Австрию, Словакию, Чехию, Германию, Японию, Южную Корею, Китай и др.
