Увеличен размер некоторых штрафов за нарушение правил дорожного движения

С 1 января 2025 года вступили в силу соответствующие поправки в КоАП. Кроме штрафов, изменился размер скидки за быструю оплату. Льгота по уплате штрафа теперь действует первые 30 дней со дня вынесения постановления (а не 20, как раньше), но «скидка» составляет уже не 50, а 25%.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
