🇷🇴Государственная румынская компания Transgaz за шесть месяцев 2025-го увеличила консолидированную чистую прибыль почти втрое — с 183,8 млн до 518,9 млн румынских леев.
Операционные доходы (без учета балансировки и строительства) выросли на 44% — до 1,57 млрд леев, расходы — лишь на 11%, до 1,017 млрд леев. Основной рост обеспечили повышение регулируемого тарифа и бронирование мощностей.
В отчетность группы включены такжеVestmoldtransgaz (Республика Молдова, 75% акций у Transgaz) и недавно купленная Petrostar SA (51% акций).
Программа модернизации и развития инвестиций на 2025 год утверждена на 1,409 млрд леев, выполнено 27% к 30 июня.
Transgaz контролируется правительством Румынии (58,5% капитала).

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
