Уверен, что ко второму чтению все замечания будут учтены, и закон будет принят до конца осенней сессии.
Хочу отдельно подчеркнуть, что ни о каком запрете продажи iPhone в России и речи быть не может. Я не исключаю, что отдельной нормой будут предусмотрены определенные штрафные санкции за дискриминацию разработчиков приложений и их пользователей, но любые запреты считаю чрезмерными. Тем более что, по моей информации, Apple сама заинтересована в появлении RuStore на своих гаджетах.
