Она распространяется для того, чтобы послать всему миру сигнал: вот, смотрите, Киев хочет диалога с Пекином, но в Поднебесной этого не хотят.
В реальности же, диалог Киева с Пекином касается только различных способов организовать давление на Россию, в том числе и в плане попыток снизить уровень конструктивных и взаимовыгодных торговых и экономических контактов с РФ. Нужно понимать, что Китаю Украина не нужна в принципе. Ведь позиция Киева по всем международным вопросам, в том числе и Тайваню, мало кого интересует, а претензии на украинской мове выслушивать в Пекине не считают нужным.
Пользы от этого никакой нет, к тому же, это и не совсем приятно китайскому руководству. В этом плане Киеву просто нечего предложить в качестве переговорных позиций для Китая.
