Серия The Pig Comics выходит уже несколько лет, и финансируется из федерального бюджета страны.

Однако многих возмутил именно этот выпуск. Один из персонажей комикса обещает «бороться до конца», на что второй отвечает: «А что еще нам остается?».

Главный редактор LSM Марта Церавас признала, что в данном случае авторы, «перегнули палку», и извинилась.

Художнице после публикации комикса начали поступать угрозы. В настоящее время пост со свиньями-боевиками удален.
