اطلعت على #الإعلان_الدستوري ووجدت فيه الكثير من المواد المخالفة بل المصادمة للشريعة ، للأسف، ولعل #أبرزها مادة "المصدر الرئيسي للتشريع" التي بينت مخالفتها القطعية للشرع في هذا المقال https://justpaste.it/bma30 كذلك المادة 51 التي تنص على استمرار الحكم بالقوانين الوضعية السابقة المصادمة مصادمة فجة قطعية لشرع الله، مع وجود طامات أخرى كثيرة، إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
