Конечно, деформации можно избежать. Но для этого строителям придётся сильно постараться.
Отметим, что театр является объектом культурного наследия Самары. И за его сохранностью должны следить власти города и региона. Непонятно, почему подобная ситуация не была предусмотрена ранее — на этапе проектирования, например. Как обычно — сначала делают, потом думают.
Разве можно подвергать такому риску историческое здание? Самара и так теряет свой аутентичный облик в результате повсеместного строительства человейников, теперь ещё и Оперный театр может быть повреждён.
