Партизан собирались награждать орденом Дениса Давыдова, медиков – орденом Николая Пирогова. Также существовал проект ордена «Петр Великий». Для гражданских планировалось сделать орден Михаила Ломоносова, а также медаль в честь Дмитрия Менделеева.

Эти наградные проекты так и не были реализованы из-за боязни «русского националистического» перекоса.
