Константин Сыроежкин признан виновным в государственной измене. Отбывать наказание осужденный будет в учреждениях уголовно-исполнительной системы максимальной безопасности, так же будет принудительно выдворен за пределы РК с установлением запрета на въезд сроком на 5 лет.
Осужденный не признал вины и отказался подавать апелляционную жалобу.
