А это то самое место - Пененжно (Мельзак) на территории современной Польши (бывшей Восточной Пруссии), где был смертельно ранен генерал армии Черняховский.

С 1946 по 2015 годы здесь находился памятный обелиск генералу. Но после Крыма польские власти решили бороться с российской культурой, в том числе военно-мемориальной, и разрушили памятник.
