Here some steps to prevent from scam.
1- Always check escrower username twice. 2- Check common groups 3- while transferring money confirm upi in escrower ib then only pay. 4- before any deal go to group (pagal world) select your admin then open your escrower ib and save his/her name as your convenience or defferent from his/her tg name. 5- while you deal with your seller/buyer invite the one (escrower) whose name you saved.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
