Арбитражный суд Петербурга и Ленинградской области 21 ноября завершил конкурсное производство в отношении ООО "Кировский завод газовые технологии" (КЗГТ). В 2018 году компания сообщала о планах построить в Петербурге и Ленобласти сеть автомобильных газонаполнительных компрессорных станций (АГНКС) и три среднетоннажных СПГ–производства. Партнёром по первому проекту назывался "Газпром", по второму — некие германские компании. Однако эти планы не были осуществлены. Изначально единственным владельцем ООО "КЗГТ" было ПАО "Кировский завод", затем в бизнес вошёл экс–глава АО "Сбербанк Лизинг" Дмитрий Ерошок, выкупивший 33,3% долей. К концу 2019 года он и вовсе стал мажоритарным владельцем, сконцентрировав 51% долей КЗГТ (у Кировского завода осталось 49%). В 2021–м доля предпринимателя оказалась передана на баланс компании, к этому моменту её участь уже была фактически решена.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
