- Targets - 1) Imagery and geolocation confirms that the CHP-5 energy facility in the Holosiivskyi District was impacted multiple times by Iskander-K missiles, and significantly damaged as a result. 2) The Kaniv Hydroelectric Power Plant was likely struck by two Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. 3) Reports suggest that the Trypilska thermal power plant, 40 kilometers south of the city, was impacted by drones. 4) The Bohatoe electrical substation which is a few kilometers northeast of the city of Izmail was likely impacted by drones.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge.
