В США, в аэропорту округа Грант (Grant county international MWH/KMWH) начали утилизировать первый из восьми построенных региональных самолётов SpaceJet (б/н JA21MJ).

В начале февраля Mitsubishi Heavy Industries официально объявила о прекращении деятельности по разработке регионального самолёта SpaceJet.

В проект разработки SpaceJet было инвестировано около 1 трлн йен (7,6 млрд долларов). Он был "приостановлен" в октябре 2020 года из-за неоднократных задержек.

Красиво уничтожаются свидетельства того, как были потрачены почти 8 миллиардов долларов.
