В учениях в общей сложности приняли участие 24 истребителя Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor и шесть учебно-боевых Northrop T-38A Talon. В истории авиабазы Лэнгли-Юстис (Joint Base Langley-Eustis) это событие стало всего лишь вторым по счету.
