представителем Беларуси в Комиссии по правам человека СНГ Евгенией Парамоновой, обсудили план работы комиссии на 2025 год, а также наше участие в мероприятиях Года мира и единства в борьбе с нацизмом на территории Содружества.

❗️Готовится заявление КПЧ СНГ по случаю 80-летия Победы советского народа в Великой Отечественной войне 1941–1945 годов. Планируем обсудить его на апрельском заседании.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment.
