• دومین دوره از مسابقات بین‌المللی پردازش تصویر و ویدئو (2️⃣🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤🔤) روز پنجشنبه مورخ ۲۵ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۴ در حاشیه سی و سومین کنفرانس بین المللی مهندسی مکانیک و در دانشگاه علم‌وصنعت ایران برگزار گردید.
• در این رویداد، ۱۱ تیم راه یافته به مرحله نهایی به صورت حضوری با یکدیگر به رقابت پرداختند. حل چالش‌های واقعی و پردازش تصاویر پزشکی از اهداف این رویداد به شمار میرفت.
• طراحی و برگزاری این رویداد با حمایت تیم اجرا و توسعه کامپیوترونیک انجام شد.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
