[حياكم الله شيخنا الفاضل، لدي أخي من أصحاب الاحتياجات الخاصة (متلازمة داون) ويتقاضى من الدولة منحة شهرية لتغطية حاجياته. لديه أخوات أحيانًا يستعرن منه نقودًا، ثم يقمن بإعادتها له عند حصولهن على المال، سواء استأذنّ أم لا، فهو لا يفهم المغزى.
سؤالي: هل هذا التصرف جائز شرعًا؟ وهل يجوز أن يتذوقن معه من الطعام الذي يشتريه بماله الخاص أم فيه شبهة؟ وجزاكم الله خيرًا ]
