Фактически, он вернулся к уровню начала лета 2024 года.
Это свидетельствует о том, что ПОКА российские нефтеэкспортеры не стремятся к предоставлению дополнительных скидок для своих клиентов. Ждем конца февраля, когда закончится срок действия разрешения Управления по контролю за иностранными активами США (OFAC) на операции с российским теневым флотом, попавшим под новые санкции США.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
