Неутешительные итоги прошлого года для Газпрома заставляют нас снова поднимать вопрос о повышении экономической эффективности реализации газа внутри России с учетом провала в экспорте, устранить который в ближайшие годы не представляется возможным. И в этом контексте нужно не заниматься рассуждениями об очередном директивном повышении цен на газ внутри России, а формировать полноценный внутренний рынок газа, основанный на реальном балансе спроса и предложения, а самое главное - на биржевом ценообразовании, которое должно стать полновесным бенчмарком в коммерческих отношениях производителей и потребителей газа.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
