ماده ۴۴ آیین نامه استخدامی اعضای غیر هیئت علمی (یاوران علمی) ۱۴۰۳/۰۱/۰۱

عضو (کارمند دانشگاه) در انجام وظایف و مسئولیت‌های قانونی در برابر شاکیان، مورد حمایت قضایی است و موسسه(دانشگاه) مکلف است بر اساس "دستورالعمل اجرایی قانون حمایت قضایی از اعضای موسسه - پیوست شماره نه" با تقاضای عضو برای دفاع از انجام وظایف وی با استفاده از کارشناسان حقوقی خود یا گرفتن وکیل از عضو حمایت قضایی کند.


کارمند دانشگاه با سایر کارمندان دولت چه تفاوتی دارد که بر اساسِ ماده ۴۴ این آئین نامه مصوب وزارت علوم و ابلاغ شده به دانشگاه‌ها، باید مورد حمایت قضایی دانشگاه قرار گیرد؟

عضو (کارمند دانشگاه) در انجام وظایف و مسئولیت‌های قانونی در برابر شاکیان، مورد حمایت قضایی است و موسسه(دانشگاه) مکلف است بر اساس "دستورالعمل اجرایی قانون حمایت قضایی از اعضای موسسه - پیوست شماره نه" با تقاضای عضو برای دفاع از انجام وظایف وی با استفاده از کارشناسان حقوقی خود یا گرفتن وکیل از عضو حمایت قضایی کند.
