В этот раз немного быстрее подготовили обзор судебной практики для компаний ТЭК и ЖКХ за март 2024 года: ➡️ много про уменьшение "бездога/ безучётки", ➡️ конечно же написали про ветхие/ аварийные МКД ➡️ новые практики из Центрального округа про очерёдность платежей за ресурсы, поставленные на котельную банкрота, ➡️ и другие практики, которые будут полезны для правовых служб и бизнеса компаний ТЭК и ЖКХ.
❗️ В составлении документа мне помогал Игнат Ефанов (эксперт и автор юридических работ по антимонопольному праву). Игнат дополнил аналитический документ тематическими иллюстрациями из своего проекта "Енот&ко" и теперь документ стал немного интереснее.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
