🔹به دنبال اعمال محدودیت‌هایی بر دسترسی به اینترنت کشور اطلاعیه‌ای از سوی مرکز روابط‌عمومی وزارت ارتباطات صادر شد. 🔹ضمن عرض تسلیت به مناسبت شهادت جمعی از سرداران رشید اسلام، دانشمندان هسته‌ای و تعدادی از هموطنان مظلوم و بی دفاعمان در پی حملات بی‌رحمانه‌ی رژیم صهیونیستی، به اطلاع مردم شریف ایران می‌رساند: با عنایت به شرایط ویژه‌ی کشور و با تدابیر مراجع ذی‌صلاح، موقتا محدودیت‌هایی بر اینترنت کشور اعمال شده است، بدیهی است با بازگشت وضعیت به حالت عادی، محدودیت‌های مذکور مرتفع خواهد شد. 🆔️@mefda

The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
