   С целью привлечения внимания общественности к вопросам сохранения и укрепления здоровья работники Сивашского Дома культуры провели уличную акцию "7 правил ЗОЖ".

   Среди детей и взрослых были распространены буклеты и памятки по ведению здорового образа жизни. Правильное питание, закаливание, прогулки на свежем воздухе, здоровый сон, разумное чередование физической нагрузки и отдыха - это всё является залогом хорошего самочувствия.

   "Здоровье — это вершина, которую должен каждый покорить сам" — так гласит восточная мудрость.
