Суть контента наоборот, достаточно жёстко указывает на проблемы в регионе. Заголовки примерно о том, что "народ в долгах", цены на товары и бензин растут, фертильности для деторождения не хватает, и население сокращается... Значит не только из-за отъезда в другие города студентов или вахтовиков.
Проблемы действительно есть в крае. Впрочем как и во многих других регионах. Другое дело, хотелось бы предложений! Может кадровых?
