Хорошевский районный суд Москвы признал политика виновным в распространении «военных фейков» по мотиву политической ненависти (п.«д» ч.2 ст.207.3 УК РФ) и заочно приговорил его к 8 годам лишения свободы в колонии общего режима и 4 годам запрета администрировать интернет-ресурсы.
Ранее прокурор попросил назначить ему 8 с половиной лет лишения свободы и запретить на 4 года пользоваться интернетом.
29 апреля 2022 года Гудков разместил в своем YouTube-канале видеоролик о событиях в Буче, Ирпене и Бородянке.
Спустя полтора года - осенью 2023 - СК возбудил уголовное дело и объявил политика в международный розыск.
В феврале 2024 Хорошевский районный суд Москвы заочно заключил Гудкова под стражу.
