Вчера мне сказали, что сегодня поставят меня на учебный протез. Долго не мог заснуть, волновался. Представлял, как надену протез и сразу зашагаю уверенной походкой, думал, что буду прыгать с ноги на ногу😅 Но оказалось, я забыл, как надо ходить😱 Сустав не выдерживает вес тела, каждый шаг дается с трудом. Отек культи никак не проходит, поэтому побаливает немного. 10 минут ходьбы и 50 минут отдыха — по такому графику сейчас учусь ходить. Всё же я очень рад ощутить ногу, просто стоять даже приятно😅😊 Всем обещаю, и себе в том числе: я ещё в футбол сыграю, дайте немного времени😎💪

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
