در آئین ملی جایزه علامه طباطبایی از دکتر «طاهره کاغذچی» استاد پیشکسوت دانشکده مهندسی شیمی دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر تقدیر شد.
به گزارش روابط عمومی دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر، در این مراسم که با حضور دکترمسعود پزشکیان رئیس‌جمهور، دکترحسین افشین رئیس بنیاد ملی نخبگان، دکترحسین سیمایی صراف وزیر علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری، دکترحداد عادل رئیس فرهنگستان زبان و ادب فارسی، دکتر فاطمه مهاجرانی سخنگوی دولت و سایر اهالی نخبگانی کشور برگزار شد؛ از دکتر طاهره کاغذچی استاد پیشکسوت دانشکده مهندسی شیمی دانشگاه تقدیر به عمل آمد.
در این مراسم از ۲۰ دانشمند برتر در ۶ کارگروه اعم از «علوم انسانی و اجتماعی»، «علوم پایه»، «علوم پزشکی»، «کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی و دامپروری»، «علوم مهندسی» و «هنر و معماری» تقدیر شد.
در بخش مهندسی، دکتر طاهره کاغذچی از دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر مورد تقدیر قرار گرفت.

Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
