Малые города России — источник неисчерпаемого вдохновения.

Вот вроде бы глушь по столичным меркам: Николаевск (ныне Пугачев) Саратовской области. 15 тысяч населения в 1913 году.

Но на улицах города встречаешь десятки зданий и особняков, достойных включения в архитектурные энциклопедии. Последний дом — вообще отвал башки, модерн мирового уровня. Построил для себя приказчик конезавода.

После такого особенно обидно, что в туристических каналах сплошь Плес да Суздаль.

Неинтересных городов в принципе не существует. Достаточно просто пошире раскрыть глаза.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
