📆On October 16, a photo exhibition titled “Russia–Africa: A History of Partnership for Peace and Progress” was presented at the #UNESCO Headquarters in Paris. The event was dedicated to the upcoming Second Ministerial Conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum (to be held in Cairo in November 2025).
🔹 At the official opening ceremony, speeches were delivered by Permanent Delegate of Russia 🇷🇺 to UNESCO, Rinat Alyautdinov, and Chair of the UNESCO African Group, Permanent Delegate of the Republic of South Africa 🇿🇦, Philemon Mjwara.
🔹 The speakers highlighted the important role of humanitarian cooperation, including within the framework of UNESCO, in strengthening Russia–Africa relations.
🔹 The event was attended by Permanent Delegates from 28 African UNESCO Member States.
