a) В 50 метрах от этой непотребщины находится кабинет главы управы Яровенко
b) В 50 метрах от этой непотребщины находится квартира зам.главы управы по ЖКХ Фоменко.

И у каждого из них окна выходят на эти садовые диваны. Ну и соответственно они поглядывая в окошко сваливают ответственность друг на дружку.
