И совсем дикая история из недавних - четырнадцатилетний Артем три дня (!) пролежал со сломанными ногами и рукой в овраге, сорвавшись с крыши вагона. Выжил чудом.
Это будни так называемых зацеперов, подростков-экстремалов. Они забираются на поезда - часто неудачно, иногда - фатально. 28 эпизодов, 11 детских смертей с начала года - и это только в Подмосковье.
Эта дикая ситуация не может оставить равнодушной.
Я уверена, что только лишь штрафами и даже уголовным преследованием эту проблему не решить. Давайте вместе подумаем - как можно побороться с зацепингом. Вот опрос - выслушаю все ваши мнения и выработаем стратегию.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
