Отличный ответ и тем, кто рассуждает про "пассивный народ", и тем, кто рассуждает о том, что самоорганизация не работает. Она работает, причём работает тогда, когда не работает власть. Снова, как и всегда, в решающий момент люди делают все своею собственной рукой.
