Куйбышевский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Хасанбоя Алимова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного п.а ч.3 ст.132 УК РФ.
Следствие полагает, что 20.10.2025 фигурант, находясь в метро, схватил за ягодицу несовершеннолетнюю.
22.10.2025 Алимову предъявили обвинение. Отношение к вине фигурант не высказал, просил у суда более мягкую меру.
