Я понимаю, что такие вопросы требуют времени для решения, но на практике получается, что безопасность и комфорт водителей и пешеходов остаются под угрозой. Надеюсь, что ответственные службы все-таки примут меры и займутся исправлением ситуации в кратчайшие сроки.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
