این قانون از اوایل سال اینده میلادی به اجرا درمیاد و عملا تمام باتهای هوش مصنوعی که از API تجاری این شرکت برای ارائه چت بات استفاده میکنن مثل ChatGPT و Perplexity از کار میافتن.
متا گفته این API فقط برای شرکتهایی طراحی شده که به مشتریانشون خدمات میدن مثلا شرکت مسافرتی برای پشتیبانی از چت بات هوش مصنوعی استفاده کنه. اما شرکتهایی که از این API به عنوان پلتفرمی برای انتشار چت باتشون استفاده کنن، حق استفاده از اون رو ندارن.
در نتیجه تنها چت بات هوش مصنوعی که در این پلتفرم باقی میمونه هوش مصنوعی Meta AI خواهد بود.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
