El gobierno español, recientemente presentó la posibilidad de acabar ilegalizando a la asociación, especialmente presionada tras la visita del líder del Movimiento de Resistencia Nórdica y de Der Dritte Weg. Las autoridades consiguieron bloquear sus cuentas bancarias, pero finalmente consiguieron desbloquearlas al no ver la Justicia un problema legal con ella.
Algunas figuras que han apoyado esta asociación son Jordi Mota, Ramón Bau, Pedro Varela, José Luis Jerez Riesco, entre otros conocidos del nacionalsocialismo y nacionalsindicalismo español.
