Томский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Сергею Проскурякову. Военнослужащий, желая отдохнуть от исполнения служебных обязанностей, с целью временно уклониться от прохождения военной службы, без уважительных причин не прибыл 21 февраля 2024 года в установленный срок на службу в воинскую часть и убыл в Томскую область, где проводил время по своему усмотрению. 26 июня 2024 года Проскуряков прибыл в военный комиссариат, в связи с чем его незаконное нахождение вне сферы воинских правоотношений было прекращено.
Суд назначил Проскурякову наказание в виде лишения свободы в колонии общего режима на срок 5 лет.
