Причина простая: англичане в 2003 году были крайне удивлены, обнаружив в Ираке проданные коллекционерам "Чифтены". Так что с некоторых пор делается вот такая жесткая димилитаризация. Теперь всё это предстоит приварить на место и заделать. Но воевать танк уже не сможет.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
