Последний раз "Т Плюс" раскрывало акционеров в 2017-м, в числе оных были "КЭС-Холдинг", кипрские BROOKWEED TRADING LIMITED, Gothelia Management Limited, Merol Trading Limited и прочие. По состоянию на 31.12.2022г акционерами АО «КЭС-Холдинг» были МКООО «ИНТЕГРЕЙТЕД ЭНЕРДЖИ СИСТЕМС» и АО «МЕРОЛ». МКООО имеет прямое отношение к империи олигарха Вексельберга.
