Областной фестиваль художественного творчества «Созвездие» провели в Ростове на Дону уже в 27 раз, с целью доказать, что по-своему талантлив каждый ребенок. Этот уникальный конкурс помогает социализировать детей сирот, раскрыть их творческий потенциал, выявить и поддержать самых одаренных. В фестивале приняли участие 245 воспитанников из 24 организаций для детей сирот и оставшихся без попечения родителей. Финалистами стали 96 детей, они и выступили на сцене ДК «Ростсельмаш» с яркими творческими номерами. Вместе с председателем донского парламента Александром Валентиновичем Ищенко и коллегами-депутатами поблагодарили и поздравили приятными подарками всех юных звездочек фестиваля «Созвездие».

In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
