Комиссия совместная, то есть Дакар и Париж будут организовывать вывод французских «элементов» и передачу объектов вместе. Об этом сказано в заявлении глав МИД обеих стран.
Примечательно, что сейчас говорится об избавлении от французских ВС до конца 2025 года. Ранее говорилось, что к лету все базы будут переданы ВС Сенегала, а к сентябрю выведут контингент.
