Пока американцы считают свои голоса, дам финальную подборку по Дню РАПК в Новосибирске. Выступление Александра Назарова было о постепенном переходе избирательной кампании в онлайн-процесс с голосованием тоже в сети. Хотя, надо отметить, пока он не ставит цифровые инструменты на первое место в арсенале политического консультанта. Но это - вопрос времени. Да и системы работы с Большими Данными давно стучатся в двери политтехнологов. И они очень интересны. Просто пока не все понимают горизонт возможностей, который они дают))) Насколько я понимаю, у нас впереди ещё два Дня политтехнолога в Екатеринбурге и Нижнем. Сознательно даю только затравку по презентации Александра. Придёте - и увидите ВСЁ)
